Welcome to SCRCOG!
The South Central Connecticut
Regional Council of Governments (SCRCOG) brings together local governments to
coordinate land use and transportation planning. The Council provides a forum to
foster communication, coordination and collaboration in identifying and
addressing regional issues.
Following state and federal guidelines, SCRCOG prepares a regional plan of
development, reviews land use changes that affect member municipalities, and
develops and updates a regional transportation plan. SCRCOG also provides a
meeting point for collaborative action by our member cities and towns.
