Notice is hereby given that Global New Haven Terminals LLC (the applicant) of 800 South Street, Suite 500, Waltham, MA 02453 will submit to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection an application for a permit for a Title V source under section 22a-174 of the Connecticut General Statutes, and section 22a-174-33 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies which are regulated under the Federal Clean Air Act. Specifically, the applicant proposes to renew Title V Permit No. 117-0257-TV. The proposed activity will take place at 500 Waterfront Street, New Haven, CT 06517. The proposed activity potentially will affect air resources.
