The South Central Regional Council of Governments (“SCRCOG”) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to assist and update SCRCOG’s Regional Plan of Conservation and Development for the region that includes our fifteen member municipalities. The selected firm will support the update of the Regional Plan of Conservation and Development through data collection and analysis, stakeholder coordination, technical planning support, GIS mapping and visualizations, and preparation of planning documents and related materials. Areas of expertise may include regional and municipal planning, land use, housing, environmental planning, and technical reporting.
