The South Central Regional Council of Governments (“SCRCOG”) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to update SCRCOG’s Open Space & Recreational Trail Map inventory for the region that includes our fifteen member municipalities. The selected firm will support the update through data collection and analysis, GIS mapping, direct stakeholder coordination, and preparation of necessary materials. Areas of expertise may include open space and trail planning, geospatial analysis, municipal and regional planning, recreational connectivity, and technical reporting.
