The South Central Regional Council of Governments (“SCRCOG”) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to update SCRCOG’s Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan for the region that includes our fifteen member municipalities. The selected firm will incorporate existing datasets and planning resources to support the update of the regional Hazard Mitigation Plan, including the analysis of hazards, vulnerabilities, stakeholder coordination, and preparation of planning documents and related materials. Areas of expertise may include but are not limited to hazard mitigation planning, geospatial analysis, regional and municipal planning, and technical report.
