The second phase of this project consisted of two tasks: 1) the preparation of GIS mapping and a database incorporating the results of the Phase 1 traffic signal inventory and 2) the preparation of a signal system master plan to prioritize the long-term replacement of traffic signals and provide short-term maintenance recommendations.
