The purpose of this study was to provide recommendations to initiate mobility management of human services transportation for the elderly and persons with disabilities (a gap identified through the regional LOCHSTP program). The study includes information on needs, resources, practices, and implementation issues so that the project established for the Region can meet the needs of its stakeholders.
