The South Central Regional Council of Governments (“SCRCOG”) is soliciting qualifications from reputable consulting firms to create SCRCOG Forward – An Organizational Strategic Plan (2027-2032) for the regional agency that includes fifteen member municipalities in South Central Connecticut. The selected firm will lead a comprehensive organizational strategic planning process to assess SCRCOG’s current role, programs and services, governance, organizational capacity, and establish a clear strategic direction for the organization over the next five years. Responding firms should have experience with strategic planning, organizational planning, and other related planning efforts.
