FINAL Mobility for All Active Transportation Report

This plan builds on the 2017 South Central Regional Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan and provides a framework for creating a more connected, equitable, and accessible active transportation network across our region. Developed with input from residents, municipal staff, advocates, and regional partners, the plan identifies key projects, policies, and funding strategies to improve walking, biking, transit access, and overall mobility for people of all ages and abilities

Highlights include:

• A comprehensive analysis of existing conditions, safety, and equity across the region.
• Project concepts such as raised intersections, protected bike lanes, and sidewalk improvements in member communities.
• A toolkit of policy, program, and funding resources to help municipalities advance local and regional initiatives.
• Results from extensive community engagement, including surveys, workshops, and events across the region.
