Notice is hereby given that Global New Haven Terminals LLC (the “applicant”) of 500 Waterfront Street, New Haven, CT 06517 will submit to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection an application under Connecticut General Statutes Section 22a-174 for a permit to construct, install, enlarge, or establish an air contaminant source and to operate such air contaminant source regulated under the federal Clean Air Act. Specifically, the applicant proposes to apply for a New Source Review permit. The NSR permit application is to repermit existing Tank 123, which is an internal floating roof tank permitted as EU-28a in the Title V permit for the facility, for gasoline service. This tank is currently permitted for distillate service. The application also includes the addition of one gasoline loading arm for gasoline loading at the Global New Haven Terminals LLC truck loading rack. The proposed activity will take place at 500 Waterfront Street, New Haven, CT 06512. The proposed activity potentially will affect air resources.
