The South Central Regional Council of Governments (“SCRCOG”) is soliciting proposals from qualified web design and development firms to design, develop, and launch a new agency website. The selected firm will deliver a modern, user-friendly, and accessible site that enhances usability, improves content organization, and provides a central data portal to empower decision-making. Areas of expertise may include, but are not limited to: website design and development, content management systems, accessibility compliance (ADA/WCAG), search engine optimization, and user experience design.
